Full Festival ExperienceMake the most from Horizon Festival Band and have them performing live at every important moment of your day. From singing you up the aisle, delighting guests whilst you sign the register, and then accompany you both back down the aisle as a newly married couple and on into the drinks reception. The band is then joined in the evening by a dedicated sound engineer for a further 2 hours of electric party music and celebrating into the night until you are ready for carriages and the end of the party.

Once you've made the decision that Horizon is the perfect band for your event, our management team at Gecko Live will send you a booking contract for confirmation. This contract contains all the vital details for the day. Upon your signature, the band will countersign the contract, officially confirming your booking in their schedule. To secure the booking, we require a booking payment, with the balance due via bank transfer 14 days prior to the event date.
How it works on the day
Horizon will arrive fully self-sufficient, equipped with a PA system managed by a professional sound engineer, essential lighting, and prepared with their pre-mixed DJ service. The band will deliver 2 hours of live music (in 2 x 60-minute sets or 3 x 40-minute sets). They cover your entire evening of entertainment, eliminating the need for a separate DJ or any additional equipment.
In the event that your evening reception takes place in the same room as the meal/speeches, the band typically sets up during the turnaround time between the speeches and cake cutting. If the evening space is separate or cordoned off (or curtained off), the band may arrive while you're eating to begin the setup process. They conduct sound checks at suitable times, ensuring no disruption to the meal or speeches. The complete setup and sound check process takes up to 90 minutes.

A typical Electric Party Package would be:
Wedding are fluid things and the timings are flexible to suit your needs. The live sets can be split as 3 x 40 mins if you prefer. Horizon's standard price is based on them arriving at 17:30 earliest and finishing as late as 00:00. An early arrival or late finish outside of these times can be arranged, however there is an additional charge.
The band will always be very happy to perform your choice of first dance for you as long as they have at least 4 weeks notice.
Horizon provides an outstanding live lounge-style acoustic roaming set, serving as the ideal enhancement for your drinks reception and contributing to the festive atmosphere. Since the musicians are already scheduled for the evening performance, the cost of this set offers exceptional value compared to hiring a separate band for daytime entertainment.
